Patty Irene Hackett

Patty Irene Hackett, 85, of Brownsburg Indiana passed away on Friday, September 3, 2021, at Brownsburg Meadows. She was born on October 12, 1935, the daughter of Fred E. Yard and Zelda I. (Taylor) Yard.
Patty was a SUPERX Drug Store Clerk and worked in RCA in the record department.
Patty was a 1953 graduate of Brazil High School. She enjoyed reading and crocheting.
She is survived by her daughter; Debbie (Tom) DeRoo, sons; Charlie Hackett, Gregory (Jill) Hackett, grandchildren; Sierra, Jerod, Charlena, Nina, J.D., Ashley, Isaac, Owen, Braxton, great-grandchildren; Kasandra, Arianna, Jade, sisters; Sharon Stearley, Maxine McCulla, several nieces and nephews, and extended family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and husband; Charles “Charlie” Hackett.
Visitation will be held at French Funeral Home, 421 E. National Ave, Brazil, Indiana 47834, on Thursday, September 9, 2021, from 11:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday at 12:00 noon.
Burial will follow at Clearview Cemetery at a later date.
