Arthur Earl Roman Jr.

OCTOBER 28, 1945 – SEPTEMBER 5, 2021

Arthur Earl Roman, Jr., 75, of Terre Haute, passed away on Sunday, September 5, 2021 at IU Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born on October 28, 1945, in Terre Haute, to Arthur E. and Mary A. (Nokes) Roman.

Arthur is survived by his wife of 8 years, Michele (Hodge) Roman; daughter, Patricia Roman; brothers, Charles Roman and James Smith; sisters, Liz Herman and husband Gary, Mable Roman, Mary Ann Roman, Evelyn Lanning, Jessie Church, and Margaret Roman; step-children, Charles Roman and April Roman; two grandsons, several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Joyce A. Roman in 2006; son, Johnny Roman; brothers, Richard, Ralph, Jerry, and Roy Roman; sister, Susie Foster; and little dogs, Lady and Zoe.

Arthur was a member of Oak Hill Community Church and the Eagles. He drove a truck for Jamax Trucking for over 30 years before his retirement. Arthur enjoyed watching wrestling and fishing in his spare time.

Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday, September 10 at Roselawn Funeral Home. A funeral ceremony will be held at 1 p.m., on Friday, at the funeral home.
