Bobby Gene Cannon

June 5, 1955 - October 23, 2021

Bobby Gene Cannon, 66, of Brazil Indiana, passed away, with his children by his side, on October 23, 2021, after fighting many obstacles during his stay at IU Methodist.


Bobby was born on June 5,1955, in Fort Benning, Georgia. He is the son of L.C. and Georgia (LaFaye) Cannon. Bobby was a military brat that moved all over the country. He settled down in Brazil and had many hobbies. Bobby loved fishing, bowling, mushroom hunting and his absolute favorite...watching Alabama football.


Bobby has joined his parents and two brothers Terry and Gerry Cannon in Heaven


He is survived by his daughters Abbigail Cannon, Allison (Brian) Albrecht, a son Robert Cannon (Ashley Purcell), grandchildren: Austin, Bradon, Cailyn Light, Dracen, Envie Andrews, Eimy Cannon, Lincoln, Brinley Maybaugh; brothers Kerry (Clara) Cannon and Jerry Cannon; a sister Sherry (John) Yant; as well as many nieces, nephews, and extended family members.


Bobby's last wish is to be cremated and remain with his children.
