Jan Ellen Francis Sullivan

Jan Ellen Francis Sullivan, 59, formerly of Crawfordsville, died Thursday, Nov. 4, 2021, at Nashville, Tennessee.

She was born May 6, 1962, the eighth of 11 children to Phil and Sharon Francis. She was a member of the Crawfordsville High School class of 1980. 

She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; and her brother, Mike.

Jan married Drew John Sullivan in Nashville on Oct. 24, 1998, at East End United Methodist Church where she was a member.

She is survived by two lovely daughters, Sydney Sharon and Isabel Grace, both of Nashville. Other survivors include sisters, Debbie Francis of Acworth, Georgia, Sally Tribbett of Bradenton, Florida, Pamela Bagley of St. Augustine, Florida, Amy (David) “Pete” Peters of El Paso, Texas and Carla (Roy) Hurt, Kimberly Francis and Keri Francis, all of Crawfordsville. Surviving brothers are Randy (Brenda) Francis, Chris (Colleen) Francis, Scott Francis and John David Francis, all of Crawfordsville, and Jeff (Tricia) Francis of Sharpsburg, Georgia. She is also survived by an aunt, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Jan had a good heart and loved her family and friends. She taught us all that love is truly unconditional. Jan was full of “vim and vigor.” She was a born joke teller and was an unforgettable charmer to everyone that knew her.

“A Celebration of Life” will be held 2-4 p.m. Nov. 27 at the Crawfordsville American Legion.
