Kay, as everyone knew her, was born Dec. 27, 1942, at Danville, Illinois, to parents, Greta Rose and Paul Stephen Ludwig of Fithian, Illinois. They preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death are her brother, Steve Ludwig, sister-in-law Mary Ludwig and grandson Steven Elliott.

Kay is survived by her loving husband of 28 years, Jon Mohr of Crawfordsville. Jon and Kay were married on Nov. 22, 1992, and she was his sweetheart. Kay is also survived by her younger brother, Paul Sinclair Ludwig of Orlando, Florida.

Mom loved all four of her children unconditionally, Greg (Cathy) of Murrysville, Pennsylvania, Cheri of Fort Worth, Texas, Steve (Kelley) of Phoenix, Arizona, and Michaele (Shawn) Hallett of Westville, Illinois. Mom loved her grandchildren dearly, Michaela (Kaleb) Pierce, Austin, Mike, Brandon, Addy and Easton.

Kay graduated with her bachelor’s of arts degree in Biblical counseling with a concentration in Christian Women’s Studies from Trinity College of the Bible in Newburgh, Indiana.
