William G. Edwards

William G. Edwards, 79, of Brazil, Indiana, passed away at Hudson Wood Nursing Home, on November 18, 2021.

Bill was born on January 31, 1942, in Nevada, the son of William “3 Feathers” Edwards and Edith (Carpenter) Edwards. He graduated from State High School and then he served in the United States Army as a Green Beret. As a civilian Bill worked as a bounty hunter, police officer and then as a truck driver.

When he wasn’t working he enjoyed collecting guns and knives, watching old movies, and going dancing.

His parents and two sisters have preceded him in death.

Survivors include his 3 children: William Troy Edwards, Vicki Rose Jean Edwards (Rick Pugh), and Amanda Renee Forsythe (Charlie); grandchildren: William Stranahan (Sheena), Samuel Stranahan (Angela), Kylie Barnard (Cody), and Rylee Forsythe; great-grandchildren: Bill, Pheonix, Lenny, Axton, Rosemary, Wyatt, Scarlett, and 4 special great-grandchildren.

Cremation services have been entrusted to French Funeral Home, in Brazil. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
