Lillian James Sewell

Lillian James Sewell passed away Tuesday, Nov. 23, 2021, at her home in Westfield. She was seven months old.

“Lil” was born April 28, 2021, at  Indianapolis, to parents Matthew Sewell and Abigail “Abbie” Sewell. Lil, was a very happy child, she loved to smile. She was a fighter and overcame many health challenges. Her parents and family loved her dearly. Her beautiful personality made her easy to love. While she was with us for only a very short time, she was the light of our life.

Lil is survived by her parents, Matt and Abbie; her paternal grandparents, Jeff and Jane Sewell; her maternal grandparents, Stan and Laura Servies; her great-grandparents, Oma Sewell, Patricia Page and Max Servies; her aunts and uncles, Jennifer Sewell, Megan and Austin Flager, Page and Ryan Waldon, Clayton, Emma and Jack Servies; and her cousins, Eleanor and Vivian Waldon.

Funeral services will take place at Our Lady of Mount Carmel, 14598 Oak Ridge Road, Carmel, on Nov. 27, 2021. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., followed by mass services at 11 a.m. All are invited. Donations are accepted for the benefit of CDH at tinyhero.org.
