Charles H. Dixon

March 16, 1942 - December 9, 2021

Charles H. Dixon, 79, of Greenwood, Indiana, passed away, at his home, on December 9, 2021.

Chuck was born on March 16, 1942, in Brazil, Indiana, the son of Carl and Marie Dixon. He graduated from Brazil High School and then enlisted in the United States Army where he served during the Vietnam era. As a civilian he worked for CSX Rail Road. When he wasn’t working he enjoyed golfing, traveling, and skeet shooting.

He was preceded in death by his parents Carl Dixon and Marie McHargue and his beloved dog Freckles.

He leaves behind his daughter Kristi Dixon of Whiteland, Indiana and two step-sisters Sara Hart and Gail Vingo both of California.

Graveside services will be at Calcutta Cemetery on Monday, December 13, 2021 at 2:30pm.
