Robert Andrew Deme, 79, of New Market passed away Saturday, Dec. 18, 2021.

He was born Oct. 25, 1942, at Yonkers, New York, to the late Andrew and Catherine Elizabeth (Orth) Deme. He worked at Midstates Wire and Steel for several years. He enjoyed watching old movies and was a car enthusiast.

Robert is survived by his friends, Jerry and Connie Perkins, Tom Lauy and family, and Travis and Veronica Spencer; a cousin Ruth Grant; and his neighbors.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Ray Deme.

There will be a graveside service at 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 27 at Indian Creek Hill Cemetery, with Pastor Vernon Dowell officiating and military honors by the United States Army and Post 72 Honor Guard. Sanders Priebe Funeral Care is entrusted with care.
