Phil Moore

April 6, 1946 - January 28, 2022

Phillip Ray Moore, 75, passed away January 28, 2022 at Union Hospital. Philip was born to the late Norman and Freda (Case) Moore on April 6, 1946 in Sullivan County.
Phil worked for over 37 years at General Housewares prior to retirement. Phil loved to help people, no matter what someone needed, Phil was there. He had a mowing business for over 20 years. Phil loved to tell stories and share memories.
Phil is preceded in death by his son, Jeff Moore.
Phil is survived by his wife of many years, Ramona Moore, children, Steve Bennett, Danny Bennett (Tricia), John Bennett (Amy), and daughter Michelle, grandchildren, Ashley, Skylar, Kaleigh, Johnny, Sonny, Erik, and Blaze, siblings, Joann Bedwell and Duane Moore (Toni). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held Friday, February 4th from 12-2 at French Funeral Home, 421 E. National Avenue in Brazil. A funeral service will begin at 2 PM. Burial will follow at Grandview Cemetery.
