Youvanna Diann Miller

Youvanna Diann Miller, 72, of Crawfordsville passed away Friday, Feb. 11, 2022, at Franciscan Health.

She was born May 30, 1949, at Stuttgart, Arkansas, to the late Minnie Ivy Taylor and Clarence L. Abney.

On July 7, 1979, at Bellflower, California, she was married to the Rev. John Miller. He preceded her in death Dec. 6, 1992.

Diann was a homemaker and a preacher’s wife and a member of the Assembly of God and was in craft groups in her church.

She loved singing and writing Christian songs. She also enjoyed playing cards, crosswords, and a cold Coca-Cola but most of all she enjoyed being “Nanny” to her grandchildren.

Surviving are children, Timbre Rojanasupya of Crawfordsville, Cherilyn Mackinnon of Linden, Rachel Miller and Preston Miller of Crawfordsville; sisters, Narsie Abney and Joyce Buffington; brother Clarence Abney Jr.; grandchildren, Bethany, Amanda, Chelby, Brittany, Jayden, Natalie and Gus; and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by five siblings.

A memorial service is planned for Memorial Day weekend. Details will be announced.
