Benjamin G. Arnold

October 3, 1942 ~ February 21, 2022 (age 79)

Benjamin G. Arnold, age 79 of Cloverdale passed away February 21st, 2022 surrounded by family.

He was born October 3rd, 1942 to the late Leland and Florence (Ware) Arnold.

Ben married Barbara J. (Evens) Arnold and she preceded him in death February 6th, 2016. Ben was also proceeded in death by his sister, Glenna Stapert.

He is survived by his brother Bill (Patsy) Arnold; his children Greg (Francie) Arnold, Sherry (Mitchell) Greene, Juanita (Dale) Smith, Julie Quinio, Joy Gray, and Jeff Jones; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Ben retired from Allison Transmissions. He then drove a School Bus for Cloverdale Community Schools. In Ben's free time he loved being with his family, golfing, bowling, taking trips into town and to Lieber State Park, and selling campfire wood from his home. His greatest enjoyment was the time he spent with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A graveside service for Ben will be held at 2:00 pm Friday February 25th, 2022 at Mannan Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12:00 pm until 1:45 pm Friday February 25, 2022 at Whitaker Funeral Home. Condolences may be sent at www.whitakerfuneralhome.net
