Carolyn Jean Jackson

MARCH 12, 1951 – JULY 16, 2022

Carolyn Jean “Butch” Jackson, 71, passed away Saturday, July 16, 2022, at Mill Pond Health Campus.

Carolyn was born in Bainbridge on March 12, 1951, the daughter of Wilbur T. and Elsie (Cofer) Inman, and was a 1969 graduate of Bainbridge High School.

Mrs. Inman married the love of her life Ray Thomas Jackson on May 25, 1969. Carolyn was a member of the Russellville Community Church. She worked for Walmart for over 25 years.

Survivors include her son, Scott Jackson, a brother-in-law, Rex Jackson, (wife-Jennifer), four sisters-in-law, Carol Darlene McGaughey, and Sue, Janice, and Patty Inman; as well as, several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; five brothers, Woodson “Woody,” Richard, Victor, John and Charles Inman; and a sister, Carol McQuire.
