Donna Lynn (Richey) Riley, 58, of Kingman went to be with her Lord at 4:45 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 4, 2022, at Franciscan Health in Crawfordsville.

Donna was born Jan. 28, 1964, in Vermilion County, Illinois, the daughter of David E. and Margaret (Whitaker) Richey. She married the love of her life, Dennis R. Riley, on June 5, 1982, at Freedom Christian Church. He survives.

Surviving family also includes: two daughters, Kara (Ryan) Todd, Kingman, and Maggie (Harold) Kies, Wallace; four grandchildren, Thaylynn and Kole Todd and Logan and Zeb Kies; three sisters, Christy (Sam) Reed, Covington, Jennie (Paul) Zeibart, Danville Illinois, and Emma (Darrel) Stonebraker, Covington; brother Milo (Judy) Richey, Covington; half-sister, Shanon (Kenneth) Gross, Georgia; and many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents; sister Lois E Cummins; brother-in-law Gary L. Cummins; and great-nephew Caden Vain Cummins.

Donna graduated from Covington High School in 1982. She was member of the Freedom Christian Church. She had been employed at Steel Grip sewing factory, Raybestos and Pace Dairy, both in Crawfordsville.

Throughout her life she enjoyed wood working, crafts, gardening, hunting, fishing, sewing and reading. Donna also loved to cook meals in her dutch oven over an open fire. She loved spending time with her family and friends. She touched many hearts and minds throughout her life. Her love was raising her girls and spending time with her grandkids.

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 9 at Dickerson Funeral Home, Veedersburg. Funeral is at 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 10 at Dickerson Funeral Home, with Pastors Alan Goff and Brian Holt officiating. Burial will be at Centennial Cemetery near Kingman.
