James W. Weese

James William Weese, 51, of Brazil, Indiana, passed away at Union Hospital, on October 14, 2022.

Jim was born on September 11, 1971, in Clay County, Indiana the son of Ronald D. and Linda (Targett) Weese. He graduated from Northview High School with the class of 1990. Jim worked at Pages for several years. He also worked as a grill cook for several years and as a glass installer.

When he wasn’t working, he loved playing and writing music, writing poetry, playing his guitar “Jade”, playing with his band Wooden Tree, watching Janice’s grandchildren play football; and especially spending time with his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father Ronald D. Weese; grandparents: Jim and Bonnie Targett and Bill and Trellis Weese.

Survivors include his mother Linda Weese Robison (Clifford); siblings: Amy Radwick (Mark) and Mark Preston Weese; very special friend Janice Yockey; Janice’s children: Ryan Yockey, Jennifer Yockey, Joni Barrow (Chris); their 9 children; and a great-grandchild; four nieces and nephews: Gail, Jessica, Tidy, and Aaron; a great-nephew Knox; as well as many extended family members and friends.

Memorial Services will be held at a later date.
