Rita Haviland

Rita Jean Haviland, 68, passed away October 21, 2022 in Clinton, Indiana. Rita was born to the late Lee Blackburn and Cora (Smith) Anno on October 4, 1954 in Joliet, Illinois.

Rita loved to watch criminal tv shows, including her favorite, Law & Order. She enjoyed gambling and playing backgammon on her phone. Family was very important to her and she loved spending time with her grandchildren. Rite loved dolphins, elephants, and watching the Indianapolis Colts.

Rita is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Roger, an infant daughter, Jennifer, as well as one sister, Rhonda Nance.

Rita is survived by her children, Chastity Haviland, Billy Haviland (Alyssa), and Tony Haviland (Aleska), grandchildren, Devin Haviland-Michael (Alex), Chase Haviland (Maddy), Draven Bender (Alexis), Billy J. Haviland Jr., Nike Haviland, Shane Howard, and Parker Haviland, as well as great grandchildren, a half-sister, Kellie Weisbecker Larez.

A celebration will be held at a later date.
