CONTEST RULES:

All of us at GIANT fm really enjoy playing games and giving away prizes.  But, as in life, there are a few rules and other things we need to let you in on…

Participants in any contest provided by or heard on GIANT fm must be 18 years of age or older.  Employees or immediate family members of GIANT fm, 3 Towers Broadcasting Company are not eligible to participate.  Winner must contact us themselves and cannot have someone call in on their behalf.  Winners of any contest must wait 30 days before winning, not qualifying, for another prize given away on GIANT fm. GIANT fm is not responsible for the malfunction of phone or cellular disconnections from contest participants.

GIANT fm reserves the right to suspend any contest in case of an emergency or breaking news event.

All participants in any contest heard on 3 Towers Broadcasting platforms give consent to any on-air talent or employee of GIANT fm to use their name, voice, likeness in on-air or general radio station promotion, and will require no additional compensation.

GIANT fm reserves the right to use any audio recorded from participants in on-air contests, phone calls, voice mail, in or out of studio interviews. GIANT fm also reserves the right to broadcast any phone calls when listeners dial the local phone number for on-air shows or any on-air promotion, program, or contest.

Winners waive any and all claims of liability against GIANT fm, employees of 3 Towers Broadcasting, GIANT fm, and advertisers for any loss or personal injury from participating in a GIANT fm contest or use of any prize.  In some cases, winners will be required to sign a liability form that will release GIANT fm, employees, and advertisers from liability.

Contest winners are responsible for any applicable taxes that would be associated with any prize given away by GIANT fm.

Prizes are non-transferable. Winners who fail to meet eligibility requirements shall forfeit the prize which will become property of GIANT fm. Employees of 3 Towers Broadcasting Company are final judges in the declaration of winner for any contest. In-turn, GIANT fm reserves the right to disqualify a winner or contest for any reason, at any time. Winners have 14 days to claim their prize from the date of winning. If the prize is no claimed within' 14 days, it becomes property of GIANT fm. Contestants and all listeners are aware the rules are subject to change without prior notification.
