Barbara Jo Stephens, 69, of Carbon, Indiana, passed away at her home, unexpectedly, on November 18, 2021.

Barbara was born in Hammond, Indiana on April 27, 1952, the daughter of Claude and Edith (Close) Stephens. Barbara enjoyed working word searches, playing games and reading.

She is survived by her sister Brenda Plano of Carbon and a brother Charles E. Stephens of Linton.

She was preceded in death by her parents Claude and Edith Stephens.

Cremation services have been entrusted to French Funeral Home.
