Charles E. Brown Sr.

March 8, 1949 ~ March 3, 2022 (age 72)

Charles Edward Brown Sr, age 72 of Cloverdale, passed away March 3rd, 2022 at home surrounded by family.  He was born March 8th, 1949 in Liberty, Kentucky to the late Elmer Brown and Lillie Brown.  He married Mary Creek December 6th, 1965.  She preceded him in death January 4th, 2014.

He is survived by his children Lillie Mae Helton and husband Terry, Charlotte Michelle Nicholson and husband Robbie, Charles Edward Brown Jr. and wife Dawn, Johnnie Christopher Brown and wife Brittany.  Six grandchildren, five great grandson’s, three great granddaughters…..soon to be four, and his partner Phyliss Gaddis.  Brother Ray Brown and wife Sara.  Sister in-law’s Nancy Brown and Thereasa Cornette and several nieces and nephews.  In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his siblings Glenn, Edith, Jay, Bobby, Peggy, Mary, and Sue.

Services for Charlie will be held Wednesday, March 9th, 2022 at 2:00pm, Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale.  Visitation will be held from 12:00pm until service time.  Condolences may be made at www.whitakerfuneralhome.net
