Patricia Anne Tobin

OCTOBER 13, 1943 – NOVEMBER 11, 2022

Patricia Anne Tobin 79, of Greencastle, passed away November 11, 2022, at Asbury Towers. She was born in Longmeadow, Massachusetts to Arthur R. Tobin and Signe Johnson Tobin.

She graduated from Manchester Central High School in Manchester, New Hampshire. She received her RN diploma from Concord Hospital School of Nursing, a BS degree from St. Anselm College, and a Master of

Education and Human Resources From New England College, all in New Hampshire.

She was a wonderful and caring nurse and educator working primarily at Concord Hospital. Her many interests included a love of nature and animals, especially dogs and horses. She was always ready to help in any way those in need and was an active member of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic church.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Arthur R. Tobin II. She is survived by her sister Margaret Tobin (Carl) Singer, sister-in-law Sandra Tobin, nieces and nephews Carl Jr, Brian, and David Singer, Arthur Tobin III, Heather Tobin Porter, 12 great nephews and nieces, and many friends, especially Nancy Rude and Polly Tourangeau.

A funeral Mass celebrated by Fr. John Hollowell will be held 11:00am Friday, November 18th at St. Paul the Apostle church, Greencastle, Indiana. Visitation will begin at 10:00am before Mass. Her ashes will be buried at St. Joseph Cemetery, Manchester, New Hampshire at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be made in Pat’s name to the Putnam County Humane Society or to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul conference at St. Paul the Apostle church, Greencastle, Indiana.
