Harold Crabb

June 15, 1948  -  December 1, 2022

Harold Ray Crabb, 74, passed away December 1, 2022 at The Gibson Family Center for Hospice Care. Harold was born to the late James and Mary Jane (Carter) Crabb on June 15, 1948 in Brazil.

Harold graduated from Brazil High School in 1966 where he played football and was a wrestler. After graduation he began working for American Vitrified Clay Plant until he began farming. On September 17, 1966, Harold married his high school sweetheart, Susan Raab. He was a member of the Brazil Elks Lodge #762, as well as the Sons of the American Legion Post #2. Harold coached little league baseball for his son for several years. He enjoyed golfing, playing board games, euchre, riding his horse Dolly, and spending any free time he had on Facebook. Harold loved spending time with his family and his dog, Daisy Mae.

Harold is preceded in death by his parents, one son, Jake Crabb, and a sister, Judy Eberle.

Harold is survived by his loving wife, Susan, one daughter, Lisa Fugate (Raymond), one granddaughter, Hayley Roberts (Justin), one brother, Larry Crabb, as well as several extended family members.

A visitation will be held Monday December 5th from 11-1 at French Funeral Home, 421 East National Avenue in Brazil. A funeral service, officiated by Pastor Rick Wetnight will begin at 1 P.M. Burial will follow at Summit Lawn Cemetery.
