Tyler Montague

Tyler Mitchell Montague, 36, passed away January 26, 2023. Tyler was born in Brazil on January 2, 1987 to Theodore Mitchell Montague and Janet Carol (Lowe) Montague.

Tyler graduated from Northview High School in 2005. Tyler graduated from Ivy Tech Community College with an associates degree for the Plumbers and Steamfitters Local 157. He enjoyed attending concerts and working on cars, especially Mustangs. He loved to spend time with friends and family. On October 13, 2018, Tyler married his best friend, Andrea “Annie” Ferguson.

Tyler is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, David G. Montague, and his brother, Trey Michael Montague, as well as his other best friend, his dog Damion.

Tyler is survived by his wife, Annie Montague, one daughter, Nora Montague, his father, Theodore “Mitch” Montague, two brothers, Tanner Montague and his children, Trey and Lylah, and Trent Montague (Ana) and their children Rock and Theo, paternal grandmother, Ethel “Annie” Montague, and maternal grandparents, Jerry and Marshia Lowe, two uncles, C.R. Lowe, and Mike Montague (Kim) and aunt Theresa Maesch (Eddie) as well as several extended family members. Also surviving are his two cats, Jeremy and Louie.

A celebration of life will be held Thursday, February 2nd from 1-4 P.M. at Lawson – Miller Chapel, 1702 East National Avenue in Brazil. Following the celebration of life, burial will follow at Centerpoint Cemetery.
