Jared Anthony Pentz

NOVEMBER 21, 1989 – MARCH 8, 2023

Jared Anthony Pentz, 33, of Greencastle passed away at his residence on Wednesday, March 8, 2023.

Jared was born in Indianapolis on November 21, 1989, the son of Thomas and Kristie (Zeiner) Pentz, and was a graduate of Hillsboro High School in Missouri. He attended college where he studied Computer Science in Missouri.

Mr. Pentz worked for Liberty. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and woodworking. He had an interest in working with metal.

Survivors include his wife of 7 years, Rebecca Pentz; his step-son, Ryan Plessinger; a brother, Eric Pentz; a sister Kayde Dunn; his grandfather, LeRoy Zeiner, his grandmother, Barbara Pentz; and two uncles, Tony Zeiner and Troy Zeiner.

He was preceded in death by his mother; and his grandfather, Bob Pentz.

The family will plan a memorial service at a later date.
