Haleigh Renee' Frye

Haleigh Renee’ Frye, 29, passed away May 29, 2023 at her residence surrounded by her family. Haleigh was born to Darin Frye and Shonna (Dulin) Frye on November 22, 1993 in Brazil.

Haleigh enjoyed spending time with her cat, Mogwai, collecting and watching DVD’s, listening to music, writing stories, and spending time with her family and friends. She loved animals, especially wiener dogs as well as cats, and she collected wiener dog memorabilia. In her free time, Haleigh enjoyed visiting water parks and spending time in the wave pools. At age 17, Haleigh was diagnosed with PSC, a rare liver disease, and fought very hard from the time that she was diagnosed. She spent the last four years living with her mother who was her primary caregiver.

Haleigh was loved greatly by her family and friends.

Haleigh is preceded in death by her son, David, her aunt Laura Dulin, her paternal grandmother, Patsy Long, her maternal step grandmother, Erin Dulin and her great aunt, Dee McMahon.

Haleigh is survived by her parents, Darin Frye and Shonna Frye, one brother, Noah Frye, her paternal grandfather, Jim Frye (Jane), her maternal grandfather, Roger Dulin (Kay), maternal grandmother, Mary Warrick, one aunt, Kristie McCoy, and one uncle, Brad Frye, as well as many extended family members.

A visitation will be held Monday, June 5th from 4-6 P.M. at Lawson-Miller Chapel, 1702 East National Avenue in Brazil. A celebration of life will begin at 6 P.M.
