Cecil E. Wilson

Cecil E. Wilson, 82 passed away July 23, 2023 at his residence in Noblesville. He was born to the late Elmer Wilson and Florence (Parr) James on May 12, 1941 in Brazil.

His early years were marked by a strong sense of duty and purpose, which led him to serve in the US Army. This experience shaped Cecil into the resilient and hardworking man he became, and he carried the pride of his service with him always.

Cecil married Lois Ann Grey on March 4, 1961, she preceded him in death 2017.

Cecil worked as a Civil Engineer for many years. In his free time, he enjoyed golfing, and most of all, spending time with his family.

Cecil is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, as well as his siblings, Elmer, Vernon, Betty, Norma and Melvin Wilson.

Cecil is survived by his four children, Stacy L. Miceli of Westfield, C. Scott Wilson of Greenwood, Charles S. Wilson, and Chad S. Wilson of Indianapolis; grandchildren: Justin Miceli, Spencer Miceli and Isabel Wilson, and one great grandchild, Silas Miceli. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held Friday, July 28th at 12 P.M. at Calcutta Cemetery.
