Elizabeth Rose Petrarca

MARCH 20, 1953 – AUGUST 13, 2023

Elizabeth Rose Petrarca, age 70, of Clinton, Indiana passed away on Sunday, August 13, 2023. She was born on March 20, 1953 in Huntingburg, Indiana to Marion Alfred Sprinkle and Rebecca Erlene Garland Sprinkle.

Beth had been employed at DePauw University since 1980, and retired in 2009. She had also worked at IAC in Greencastle.

She attend Fillmore Christian Church.

Her parents; her husband of 34 years, Anthony E. Petrarca and a brother, Wayne Keith Sprinkle preceded her in death.

Surviving are her children, Jody McCullough of Clinton, Tina Smith and husband Don of Roachdale, and Anthony N. Petrarca and wife Kristine of Dana; one brother Jim Sprinkle and wife Patty of Greencastle and one sister, Linda Vermillion of Rockville; eleven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; and several nieces nephews, and extended family.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
