Candy Jo Booe, age 65, of Mount Meridian, passed away Sept. 23, 2023.

She was born April 27, 1958, in Greencastle to Robert Langdon and Shirley (Cummings) Brewer.

She married Brad Booe on April 9, 1978, and he survives.

She retried from Public Service Incorporated after 20-plus years and worked for South Putnam Schools for many years.

In addition to her mother and husband, she is survived by her children, Amy Feazel and husband David, Holly Frye and husband Dustin and Dara Jessup and husband Mitchell. Also her five granddaughters; her stepfather, Frosty Brewer; and siblings Rick Langdon and wife Stacie, Randy Langdon and wife Kathy, Penny Blake and husband Ric and Rob Langdon.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her mother- and father-in-law, Lloyd and Margaret Booe.

Funeral services for Candy will be held Friday, Sept. 29 at 1 p.m. at Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until service time. Burial will follow at the Walnut Chapel Cemetery in Belle Union.
